The original version of On a Pin is far older than the Achehole name, in fact it was one of the first songs I made after I purchased Mixcraft back in 2010. It was originally part of an album I was making called "I've Also Felt Aftershocks," which would have been the first Hostile Ambient Takeover album. All of the music was completed, along with a B-Side EP that mostly became the Kidneys release, but ultimately the album was scrapped and most of the multitracks and working files have been lost to time.

On a Pin was the only one that I bothered holding onto, knowing I could eventually do something with it. When it started becoming more clear on what Achehole should be, I knew this would be the first real song I wanted made for the project. This demo was made before that, and it kind of shows.
